I have purchased product from the.penchant.puff who is an instagram based merchant on 27-Sep-2023 for an amount of 2600 paid via googlepay. After the payment seller informed item will be shipped in 1 to 2 working days. Later seller stopped responding and blocked in instagram. Now i am not sure how to get refund.
