The Wrist Clock — Fake item delivered

I had purchased a watch from wrist clock in last month for 1500/- but when I opened the delivered box another watch was dispatched which costs not more than 300/-. Immediately I wrote a mail to customer care for which no response till now and they had not provided any contact number to contact.
