I have purchased online shopping from thedealsindia.com on 14th Dec 2016. It was initiated by them calling to my mobile as they were doing online promotions with prizes.
Till now they not yet shared any shipping reference as well i tried calling them more than 20 times, and every time they said it was dispatched else check and call back with reference number.
As well have sent too many emails to their support care ID but no response.

Not sure what is happening and what they are trying to do. Need to understand and help on refund of my money which I paid to them as I dint have any response and confidence that will they ship the purchased product.
