Before posting this complaint I should first blame myself for not considering the feedback's previously posted in this Forum & falling into their trap.

A person named Umamageswar approached me initially claiming a bunch of false promises last month which includes 20 days accommodation, free complementary gift, movie tickets e.t.c for an amount of Rs.18900/-.
In fact, the only service being offered by this company is a bunch of false promises, whenever I call, they will say ok, everything will be done within today, tomorrow e.t.c. In fact, they bluntly lie without any shame & nothing will be availed.

-> He Swiped my HDFC credit card, after informing me that the payment is made only for first installment only & once I entered the pin, Rs.18900/- was deducted immediately & these fraudsters did't even bother to convert it to EMI. Now I have to somehow manage to pay the money to the bank or else they will take legal action against me.

-> Never acted on a single promise, I did a hotel booking for a single person for just two nights & for that itself I had to struggle a lot at the hotel for getting the accommodation confirmed & I had to pay Rs.1300. for just two days in a hotel that is of low quality. No complementary food was provided as claimed by the National Holidays & they didn't give me the proper bills as well.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL NEVER ALLOW YOU TO CHOOSE A HOTEL OF YOUR CHOICE STATING THAT HOTEL IS NOT WITHIN THEIR NETWORK & WHICHEVER HOTEL BOOKINGS THEY MAKE MAKE, THEY WILL CHARGE A FLAT AMOUNT OF Rs. 650 PER DAY/PERSON CLAIMING IT AS TAX AMOUNT. THEY WILL NEVER PROVIDE ANY FOOD ALSO & DURING CHECKOUT THEY WILL NEVER GIVE THE PROPER BILLS FOR THE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION. APART FROM THIS WHATEVER THEY OFFER COMES WITH A CHARGE (WHICH THEY CALL AS FIXED TAX) AMOUNT OF Rs.650/-

I am really in a tough situation now & I will do my level best to avoid anyone committing the same mistake.

Please help me in refunding my hard earned money from these fraudsters.
