I’m again facing challenges while doing bookings with the pacific holiday world.

1) Neither they are providing hotel in the location we are asking for.
2) None of shared option from last 3-4 times are 4/5 star properties as they committees to provide in agreement.
3) despite asking multiple Times I need hotel without meal they are sharing option with breakfast and asking to pay breakfast..
4) this time they even did not provide booking, i paid 50, 000 as lump sump for 3 years and every year 10, 000 as AMC.

this is last reply which i got for the whole Delhi resorts booking, now asking to Pay more
