Thepancard.com — 4 months and pan card not received

Address:ThePanCard.com 41, Fourth Floor, Tower I, Shakthi Towers, 766, Anna Salai, Chennai-600002

I applied for reissuence of my pan card on Feb 2021, its 1st july 21 and have not received my pan card
They gave acknowledgment number, took all my documents by post charged 400 plus courier charges also.
I am afraid they will misuse my details. As everything is associated with bank
Please help.
