Thepancard.com — Non receipt of pancard

My son’s Pancard was successfully revalue dated on 6th November but it is already 17th December, the application is not submitted as per the status in their website. I had been sending messages about the delay but no response. They have not provided contact number in their website for us to contact them directly.
