That while surfing website thermoclassic.site on 26.09.2020, I came across with the product namely, Smart Robotic Automatic Room Cleaner” of the retailer, which was for cleaning and moping floor automatically. Being impressed, I put the said product in “Kart” for future purchase. Subsequently, I received a phone call from one lady representatives of the said retailer on 27.09.2020 requesting and persuading me for purchase of the said product and convinced me that it is in high demand and did not receive any complaint against it. If any fault is found, there is provision for its replacement or refund of amount within 14 days from the date of purchase. I confirmed the said product under “Cash on Delivery” scheme.

That the said product was delivered to me on 30.09.2020 after paying Rs. 4, 999/- to Courier Xpressbees Surface, Awb No. [protected]. The details of the product on the Invoice affixed on the box are as follows:

“Invoice No. Retail05460 Date 28.09.2020, Item(s): Smart Robotic Automatic Room Cleaner SKU: [protected]; Shipped by (i[censored]ndelivered return to) Tech Media, Order#[protected]; Gstn No. 09AVVPM7649D1ZU”.

That after receiving package, as soon as I unboxed it and try to start it by pressing “ON” button, it did not work. I put on charge of the said device for 4-5 hours, first the red light turned on, then green, but the blue light did not turn on as per the provision and the device did not function.

That same day, I immediately packed the said device and wrote email to “[protected]@thermoclassic.site” & “[protected]@gmail.com” for its replacement or refund of amount and same message I copied and pasted on WhatsApp No. [protected] at 8.35 pm and tried to contact on phone on the said number, but nobody picked up the phone.

That I kept on trying and next day on 01.10.2020 again the same lady representatives of the retailer picked up the phone and she assured that she would confirm my complaint through email today. But I did not receive any confirmation, which I again informed her on WhatsApp number on 02.10.2020.

That when I sent another reminder to the email id, [protected]@gmail.com on 02.10.2020, I received mail from said email id, to share 10 seconds video which shows the device not working. I immediately made the video of the product and send it through email same day. Since then I kept on sending reminders on 03.10.2020, 05.10.2020, 06.10.2020 & 07.10.2020 but with no response.

That it is noteworthy to mention that, I booked the same product again intentionally on 01.10.2020 and put it on “Kart” to see their response. Same day, I received email from [protected]@gmail.com to complete the said purchase. I also received phone call from another number [protected] of Ms. Ishita on 07.10.2020 for confirmation of purchase of said another booking. I informed about my previous unsettled grievance, she requested me to send the video of the product and Invoice on WhatsApp. When I queried about their store, she refused to say anything informing that her owner asked her not to disclose anything to any purchaser. However, I sent copy of video of the product and Invoice same day on her WhatsApp, but till date I have not received any response.

I request you to kindly take action against the retailer and ask them to refund my amount with heavy compensation for such negligence, deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

I purchased Stainless Steel Fruit Juicer @1499.00. But your company supplied a low quality aluminium alloy product, which is available in the market in much lower price. SO I WANT TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT. PLEASE INFORM ME YOUR RETURN PROCEDURE URGENTLY.
