I had placed my order of buying 2 chairs #[protected]The Sleep Company Stylux Ergo Chair) of Rs. 35998 on 18th Nov at 11:30 AM. I realized the color of the chair while submitting the request was Black/Grey instead of Tiffany Blue/Black. I had written to them within half an hour at 12 PM and the ticket was raised with ticket no. 734064.
In the evening I got the message that your order is Ready For Dispatch. I called up their customer support number just to verify if my color change request has been considered for which they told that order has been shipped and I can only do it once the order is placed.
I told the customer support to cancel the order and initiate the refund, for which the customer support person told that they will be deducting Rs 1500 and you will receive a message. I haven't got any message till now.
