Thiru Promoters — Plot full amount paid. But did not register

I paid full amount to Thiru Promoters during December 2014, they promised Registration would be done within a week. But till date, no phone calls and no response. I need to make calls and an aloof nature. I have been cheated. Kindly no one go to that Promoters. Office is at konnur high road Ayanavaram. Kumar the owner Wii never pick d phone.
