Thomas Ed Pvt Ltd — company stopped their services and big fraud company

same thing happens with me, i have visited Ghatkopar & Sanpada office but every two month they keep changing their offices, need to take strict action against these fraud people.

Same Here, I have put request to avail for the hotel booking and complementary services. But, I got below reply from them. Even I tried to call the no which they provided but no is switch off

I am getting the calls from last (Jan-March 2019) 2 months for the free Gifts from your Telle Caller (Shaddhna). Then we went to the ghatkopar branch at 3 April 2019 for the free gift. Then Mr. Deepak had explained the policy we like then we told NO to Mr. Rahul as he told he is a manager then we told we don’t want to take the policy now. Then Rahul told to my husband I am just checking yours Credit Limit and he swiped my card i..e 45, 000/- (Fourty Five thousand) It’s a Fraud. Then from the 2nd day we are talking with the Several person of your team. Then Mr. Varun told me to wait for 45 days we will surely give you the reply by mails and call about your refund. But there is no mails no calls/ As I don’t want yours any of the Policys

By calling several times, Yesterday I spoke with Mr. Deepesh and he is telling I got approval that we will give you 1850 per month for 12 month i..e 22500/- and rest of the amount is compulsion to take our policy .

Your Co Thomas Ed Pvt ltd has taken my 45, 000/- at one time. And now I had wait for 1 year for my money and as I don’t want the policy then also your company is forcing me to take the policy i..e 22, 500/-.

Now Your Company and your team want me to put the review and go to the Consumer Court for my Money and Launch a complaint against The Thomas Ed Pvt Ltd ad Your Staff Mr. Rahul

This company is a cheater and the same thing happened with me as well. I have paid them Rs 75, 000/- against the package price of Rs 1, 25, 000/-. After that they insisted me to pay the balance amount to avail the facilities whereas I told them to convert it into EMI's from their end to help me to pay it. Fortunately time has passed during the email exchange and when I told them in January 2020 that I am ready to pay then I see that there is no reply and the phone nos. (Kolkata) are not working. Even the phone no. available on Google search[protected] is switched off. I am not sure the address given - B-307, Swastik Disa Business Park, Nityanand Nagar, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086 is genuine or not.

I suggest someone to check this address physically and also file an FIR in the local police station. Also I suggest forming a group to fight with this corrupt company and the person.
