I purchased 32 inch led tv through online (Thomson led smart tv b9 80cm) with 1 year warranty on 24th may 2018. There was a limited use of tv at home for the last 6 months. All of a sudden, my tv was not switched on. After my complaints and follow up, i have been told by service personal as "the board" has to be replaced. It took 15 days to replace board but the problem was not solved. I have been told that the panel itself has to be replaced. There is no response or feedback from service center regarding this problem. As thomson tv is not having any direct service team and engaged with service provider who will do service on behalf of thomson tv. I am fed up with this tv and the service provided by thomson service provider and thomson. Was this information helpful? |
