We've made a purchase for thomson led 49 inch smart android tv on 1st october and the tv was delivered and installed on 3rd october. But exactly after 20 days the tv doesn't switch on and when i call flipkart they asked me to call jeeves, jeeves asked me to contact complete protection care, and complete protection care asked me to call thomson product care and the calls go round like merry go round but no one from any department attempts to address the issue.
