Hi Concern,
Please be informed that I purchased Thomson TV on[protected] so suddenly the display of TV is becoming hazy & multiple horizontal lines are emerging as well. This is utterly disappointing to get this kind of issue from such a reputed brand just within 1 year.
Look into the matter & fix the issue ASAP as already I mailed so many times but no response received yet. Moreover I had a conversation with a customer executive regarding the same.
Note: They said panel needs to be changed but not available but now no one is responding nor even technician is bothered to pick up my calls & himself saying why u buy tv from Thomson tv. There is internal conflict within company and customers are suffering from this. Was this information helpful? |
