It's almost a month now I am coordinating with customer care of thomson, to get my issue resolved but they don't care about products, they keep asking for repairing charges even TV is in warranty.
Two days back one of there third party vendor visited my housed and he again saying the please pay the repairing charges now situation is above the tolerance limit hence I want refund of my tv or need replacement. Was this information helpful? |
