Hi,
I have raised complaint on 2nd jan'19 (Complaint id: jpun[protected]. However, there technician visited my place on 5th jan'19 and he found that motherboard needs to replace.
Till that time thomson consumer care giving me false commitment that, motherboard is going to replace in this week and nothing happened. There part dept. Guy give me his number and never answered. Now, again they are asking for one week.
Request you to please resolve this issue as tv purchased on 26th nov'18 and within month tv is not working at all.
