Thomson Tv — Unresponsive to my complaint for replacing the TV for last 3 months | |||||
I have bought a Thomson Television from Flipkart on 13th Jan 2020 and the Television stopped working on 21st June 2021 which is after 17 months where I have the extended warranty of 18 months. Since then I have been chasing Thomson for fixing the issue. Thomson executive visited and found the a part is faulty which they later told the screen itself is faulty. They are unable to replace my TV, which is more than 3 months. Every time they keep on pushing the dates by 7 more days. I have a brand warranty from Thomson for 18 months and they are not replacing the TV in absence of the part which went faulty. Thomson is not ready to take the ownership of the product which they sell and cheating the customers. We buy a TV trusting the brand and the support system what we have in India. Our PM encourages buying an Indian TV and hence I bought this. But Thomson turned to be the worst ever experience. Consumer forum should sue them for cheating the innocent buyers.
