TICKET DADA — request for refund

I have made 6tickets booking for 2.00pm show (galaxy tolichowki) bahubali movie on 6-july-2015 via justtickets through my bank of india credit card but due to some technical issues my amount deducted twice from my card and tickets were confirmed only once. so, please check your record and refund my amount 493rs back to my card.
