I was trying to book ticket for 27 Nov-2018 Hockey world cup event in Kalinga Stadium. after trying many times finally i was able to buy 2 tickets and INR 1024.00 deducted from my account, but i didn't receive ticket by email or ticket confirmation in by sms. i tried to contact customer care many times and no one is picking up the calls. also sent 3 times email, to [protected]@ticketgenie.in, [protected]@ticketgenie.in and [protected]@tgspl.com, no one is replying. so you are requested kindly sent my ticket by email for redemption. my email id is dibakar.[protected]@gmail.com Thanks Was this information helpful? |
