I have subscribed for economic times news paper for a year and the subscription ends on 2.4.2019. For the last couple of days i am not receiving the news paper and all my complaints are registered but no action is taken. I am still not received the news paper. Is there any way that i can escalate the complaints to higher up. Can we make a complaint to police for fraud in not complying with the terms of annual subscription
