[Resolved]  Times Of India — Daily News paper comes with local vendors leaflets stuck on front page

In vedvihar trimulgherry secunderabad we have 602 flats. Most of the residents take times of India.We find that on 28th August (today) paper was delivered with a leaflet of local shop stuck on the front page covering main headings and news.When the leaflet is removed print matter got erased.It appears that local agent or retailer is resorting to this. I advise you to caution agents to discourage such acts. Our local retailer is somayya who claims that this is done by company which he means agent/distributor. Please look in t6o this.
