[Resolved]  Times Of India — Delivery issue of Newspaper

I have been a customer for Times Of India for twenty years. In March-2014, I have shifted to Avantika Extension, Ghaziabad. The Hawker/Vendor over charge in their monthly Bill. When protested stopped delivery of News paper and due to the nexus between all the Hawkers and Vendors not getting newspaper since last 15 days. Request you please Intervene to stop the unethical nexus between the vendors for unfair and monpolistic trade practice and ensure the delivery of Newspaper to me and other customers like in the area.
