It's past midnight and I am lying awake in my bed. My eyes are drooping with sleep, my head feels heavy and almost ready to explode.
Loud booming music is driving me crazy. Somebody across the street is getting married. So, everyone living within 5 Km radius should stay awake and rejoice. I called 100 but no use! I live in a supposedly elite area...Ishwar Nagar. People here are rich and educated but totally insensitive to the point of being callous. Welcome...This is Delhi.
