It is to inform you that I had subscribed The Times if India for 15 months by paying a sum of ₹795 through SBI Cheque No-874904 in favour of B.C.C.L. My subscription ID is 33443590 and Order Ref No-DBSOO21818. My subscription started form[protected]. RASTOGI NEWS AGENCY used to deliver the newspaper.
Recently I changed my flat but prior to changing I did inform him about my address. Both the addresses are close by. While subscribing I did inform him about this situation and he had agreed to condition of delivery the newspaper to my new address.
But he is not doing so. From the day I changed my flat, he started avoiding my calls. In order to get uninterrupted service I gave him all the coupons. It seems that he is trying to cheat me.I have his contact no but no address .
So please provide me with the address of News Agency or the vendor, he is the one who is taking the newspaper from you.
