W.r.t. the above, I had opted for a yearly subscription and made the payment as well after which my subscription began from Jan 01, 2021. But, from almost a month I am not getting the newspaper delivery. Despite calling to the concerned. I get vague answers and they in return request me to talk to the agent, if I was to call to the agent and they respond to us properly, why is the need to have customer care at all. The very purpose of it is under question. ToI, which has a global reputation and enormous reader base, printing crores of copies a day, but the same is not being delivered to the end users properly, there is no point in printing so many copies.
Request the concerned to initiate an action at the earliest and assist us in getting the copies and compensation too for not delivering for a month. Was this information helpful? |
