Times Of India — Non receipt of Gift on 3 year subscription

I had subscribed to Times of India by payingRs2949.00 for 3 years under scheme that a Zebronics Ear phone will be delivered as Gift to the subscribers of 3 years. Mr Sainath Loke your agent had conveyed the gift details for 2 year and 3 years subscription. on 29.10.2023 I had made the payment on net banking to you.I was told that the gift will be delivered in 30-45 days. When I did not receive the gift I was told by your customer care that it will take another 15 days. After that I am told by your customer care to wait for another 30 days. Your agent says that it is out of stock and he does not know whether it will come at all.
This is shocking state of affairs where your agents are assuring gifts and seeking subscriptions from gullible people. Lateron the company does not meet its promise and harasses by indefinite delay in delivery of gifts to avoid delivery.Please send gift immediately.
