Times Of India — non receipt of news paper for the past one month

my subscriber id is 33990512 i have subscribed for news paper times of india which should have to be commenced from 01.06.2015 but till date it is not started regarding this i have complained on 03.06.15 around 12.25 pm to ur executive renuka she told within 48 hours it will get started again i raised a complaint on 09.06.15 around 14.00 hrs to one of the executive shyam again he promised that within 24 hours ur problem will be solved but till now not solved i hereby request u pls refund my amt alongwith the intrest hereafter i am not at all intrested in time of india last year also hardly i have received only six months newspapers the vendor sell the paper and make money look into the matter and refund my amt alongwith intrest within 24 hours. i have also sent mail but no reponse from ur side again i have raised a complaint with ur executive shyam
