I've have a prepaid annual subscription of TOI+Mumbai Mirror under the name of Pranav
Deshpande(my husband, mob no [protected]). Having paid Rs.1050 by cheque through Adrash paper
stall at centuary bazar, worli in November 2013, I shifted to Thakur complex, kandivali(e) in
Feb 2014.
I put a request of transfer of my subcription on 18th Jan with the Times consumer assistance
with MS. Seema which according to me as well as her was well in advance.
To this date no such transfer has happened. I am paying again for the newspaper over here for
the last two months..
Even after various reminders all went on deaf ears..I even provided Ms. Seema with the code of
the kandivali paper agency guy... still she always told me that the request has jus been
forwarded ahead and the concerned department isn't responding..
Why should i pay double when i have already paid in advance.
How much time does Times need for a simple transfer.
