Times Of India — not received of subscription copy of times of india

Neither i have received my subscription newspaper coupen nor any information regarding who utilize my subscription amount has been received till date. The subscription amount of rs. 795/- has been deducted from my account through cheque no. 925601 on 2nd august 2017. Hence, you are once again requested to provide subscription details against aforesaid subscription amount otherwise i will take legal action under section 420.

I wish to subscribe for daily paper but after calling several cc centre at Bombay, Delhi etc could not find a proper answer. I am living at Iritty, KANNUR, Kerala. To whom should I approach for copy of TOI daily?

It is not a complaint. I want to renew my yearly subscription for TOI news paper & Mirror, Mumbai, But I am not getting the information from any where, so if you help me by informing that whom I have to contact, it will be helpful for me.
