Times Of India — Not transferring the yearly subscription with in the City

Hi, I stay in Hyderabad. I have paid for the annual subscription for the TOI via Cheque on May 2nd, 2014 to my news paper agent.He charged me 450 towards the Cheque for TOI annual subscription and 250 towards his charge. Recently, 2 months back, we shifted to another house (15kms away) from the current place.I called up my agent to get that transferred to the shifted place. He said that he submitted the change of address to the office and we will get that transferred.But, we haven't got any update till now.when we contacted the office, they ask for a receipt which we are not aware of.when we again contacted the agent, he says that it would have been couriered directly to us but we did not receive any. Could any body suggest what should i do when i paid the Subscription charges for TOI but don't have the receipt which they are asking for...Can't it be tracked with the cheque reference number and transferred to my address???
