Times Of India — Regarding Charging higher price than MRP

I, VEERESH PATTANASHETTI consumer of THE TIMES OF INDIA subscribed the newspaper in shimoga, Karnataka on 17th october 2014. For the billing of october moth, the agent (S.SHIVAKUMAR) of said newspaper charged more than the MRP(4.50Rs) that is, 2Rs per newspaper. So we stoped to buy the newspaper on 07/11/2014 and paid the full amount of Rs143( 4.50+2.00=6.50*22=143) on the same day, which included the extra amount of 2Rs per paper. I request you to solve the above complaint soon if not we will be constrained to take legal action and suit against your company.
