Times Of India — Stoppage of daily paper before completion of full term

I paid yearly subscription of Rs.299/- for the year 2014 in Feb 2014. The newspaper has to be delivered from Mar' 2014 to Feb' 2015. But suddenly they stopped newspaper from 17th March 2014 onward.
