Times Of India — Unhappy with the Earth Brand mobile handset bought online through Times of India

My name is Rajesh and my mobile no is [protected]. I bought a mobile on seeing the Advertisement for Handset in "Times of India" on June 28, 2014 via online. My Bill no is TIL/14-15/N/DL/12191545 dated June 28 2014 and my order no is [protected]. I was delivered on June 30, 2014. From the date of buying the same, my mobile is showing net work problem. I complained to Customer Care no :[protected] as given in Invoice copy of Times of India for the past 10 days. today(17.07.2014) i called the company at 11.30am, they gave me the address of service centre: Unviercell technology, Old no :24, New no 34, thanickachalam road, t. nagar, ch-17. But when i went there for servicing, engineer Senthil :[protected] & [protected] said that he will not service "earth" mobile. Since it was advertised by Times of India we ordered online for the mobile and there is no response after the same for our service complaint and the quality of the handset is very bad since it is not working from day 1.
