I'm complaining about a purchase in Battleground Mobile India where the amount was deducted but the item was not received. This took place in Friday-19 Nov- 2021 around 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The item was a Royale Pass gift to a teammate. Therefore I kindly request you to please look up to this problem.
