UC not credited but balance got debited. It's been 2 days still the team had not rectified and no response. If this continues I have to lodge a complaint and go legally. Kindly rectify the issue ASAP...

I m purchased royal pass uc by state bank of india NetBanking.but uc does not received....

I recently purchased UC of Rs.3800 in my BGMI ID. [protected] on 13th July 2021. The Amount is debited from my account and it is transferred successfully to Times of Money for which I have proof the slip of transaction and banking statement of successful transaction
but as Money is not further connected to BGMI so no UC is credited in my ID.
I kindly request Times Of Money, refund my amount.br...

Hi all I bought UC one transaction was for 300 and one more transaction was for 75. I see still the UC is not credited. However money got debited from my account kindly do the needful. Attached below transaction screen shot for the same. It's very disappointed pls rectify ASAP....
