TimesofMoney — Coins not credited after payment in who app

This is to inform you that two times I purchased 300 coins as a promotional offer and payment done Rs 85 two times and amount debited from my account and points are not credited to my WHO account and please do the needful to credit to my account or refund the Rs 170 to my bank account.My WHO account reference no is 20486608.

I have sent an email on 24th November and there is no response from your side. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
