TimesofMoney — Money Deducted but order not placed

I made online transaction through online SBI Netbanking to Nike.
The transaction was completed and money was deducted from my account twice of amount 7045₹ & 7045₹.
But the order was not placed and Nike did not received the money.
The money was successfully transffered to Times of money limited, but the money was not refunded after failed transfer of funds to nike.
