TimesofMoney — Money paid thru net banking to Nike but didn't get order details.

I made online transaction through online SBI banking to Nike.
The transaction was completed and money was deducted from my account. I paid twice amount of rs3645 and rs 3645
But the order was not placed and Nike did not received the money.
The money was successfully transferred to Times of money limited, but the money was not refunded after failed transfer of funds to nike.

my transaction details are as follows:
Name: Dr Parul Dutta
INB txn of Rs.3645 from A/c X2958 to Times of Money.
Ref [protected]I[protected]GAPAIPZY8 on 24TH JANUWARY 2023.
Ref no[protected]GAPAJUNP ON 25TH JANUWARY

Kindly assist in refund of money
