TimesofMoney — Refund not received

This is with reference to a successful net banking transaction of ₹5745 INR which was debited from my SBI bank account on[protected] in the Nike app. It was done via Times of Money Limited. I have not received the refund as of[protected]. Please see to it that the refund is
processed asap back to my bank account as it has been 2 weeks since.
