TimesofMoney — Refund of Amount Deducted for failed Order

I made an online transaction through SBI Net Banking to NIke.
The transaction was completed and money was deducted from my SBI Account. But the order was not placed and Nike did not receive the money in their Bank Account. The Amount was successfully transferred to Times of Money Limited but the amount was not refunded after failed transfer of amount to Nike.
