Tirumala Enterprises — the person came to repair took money and did not return

I requested for a person to repair tata sky. He came to repair and took money to buy something and did not return. He called to inform that he will come by 2pm tomorrow and I have been calling him since then but he is not picking up the call neither replying to the messages. I am a regular customer of sulekha and trust you guys a lot but this kind of behavior is not tolerable. Kindly look into this
