[Resolved]  Tirunelveli Corporation — My child name not included in birth certificate

Respected sir/Madam,

My daughter was born on 15-Sep-2020. Birth certificate name inclusion details have to be submitted to tirunelveli high ground medical hospital. I got a birth certificate without a name right now.
