I am tehreem sayyed from bhopal
I had courierd a parcel carrying a dress worth rupees 5000/- to my friend leena in Aligarh by tirupati couriers on 15th september .they hav lost it and not refunding me rather asking for company bills and all impossible stuff.
They want me to refister a c9moany and provide a bill .
it has been 1.5months
My friend leena had paid me in advanve fr the dress which she didnt recv
What should i do now .
Whenevr i call courier company they say provide us with this and that
I showd them my bank statemnt where leena had paid me 5000 and somehow i managed to send a bill also of a company but now they asking me some other stuff
