This is about Santoshpur Titan Eye Plus Store, No. 200, Santoshpur Avenue, Kolkata. I really had a very bad experience here. They charge premium price with worst quality product and service. My Titan Eye + Purchase Receipt No. is BKU0024946.
During my eye power testing the optometrist insisted me for higher power. She thinks that she is an eye specialist. Even the manager and other sales persons support her for her wrong doing.
Moreover the power given in my specs was higher than the power prescribed in the prescription. The quality of the glass was not as promised and charged for.
After struggling to adjust the specs for near about 25 days, I went to the store with my problems but they didn't hear me out and ignored my issue, completely. All the staffs always try to enforce their logic and act as per their theories. I requested them that after spending Rs. 10500 and trying to adjust the specs for 25 days I felt neglected, embarrassed and disappointed.
Before payment they promised best-class service but after payment they withdraw all their services and didn't bother to hear the customers problem.
I feel cheated, robbed and totally humiliated! I would not recommend anyone to buy from the Titan Eye+ Santoshpur, Kolkata Outlet. BUYERS BE AWARE! Was this information helpful? |
