Tiwari Security Agency — hiring drunk guards

My society committee has hired a security agency which has no licence guards hace no proper uniform no id proof also drunk guards are send daily on duty. Only casual warning is given by the agency and next day another drunk guard comes and repeats the story. This has been going on for almost 1.5 years. Repeated complaints have been given to society committee but no use. Please suggest and help us to get rid of this issue asap.
