I bought a dress from Tjori.com on July 6th. After 3 weeks, the dress had not arrived, I had heard nothing and I couldn't track the order. When I contacted Tjori, I was told they had cancelled the order due to "mill closures". They offered a voucher, which I used to order a different dress from their website. I waited, and heard nothing, again, I noticed I could not track the order through the website. I contacted them several times, and was finally offered a refund. Now it has been 8 working days and I have sent two more emails, but still I don't have my money. And I have not heard from them. Was this information helpful? |
