Tjori have a replacement policy for clothes in case of size issue. When I reached out replacement there was a response to initial email for more details of product which I did provide but no action/ Response from tjori despite chasers. Seems like Tjori are fine with customer complains and care less as long as more people are ordering from the website. Initially the team looks professional however when an issue arises it is ignored. Tjori doesn’t honour their replacement and refund policy. After having a look at the number of customer complains I realise the reason Tjori have blocked commenting for their post on FB and insta.
