Horrible company running a huge scam and tricking customers who purchase from them.
I had placed an order from this website in 2020.
They delivered the products some of which were ill-fitting so I decided to return them and placed a return request.
The items were collected for return and upon word with the customer care executive I was given a credit note in exchange.
When I decided to place another order to utilise the credit note, it was deemed invalid. Upon further conversation with the customer service executive I was told to place my order using the COD options share my order details with them and that the credit note would be issued against the order by the backend team.
When the order arrived after a whole month- the executive demanded the whole cash amount since they were not intimated regarding the credit note. I refused the same so the delivery wasn't made. Post this incident I have been trying to contact the customer care team in vain but they only provide false promises and the worst part is there is no phone number to contact the company, it can be done only via email.
