[Resolved]  Tjori — Highly disappointed by the customer service

I placed an order on 23rd May 2021 which was expected to reach its destination by 1st of June. All along this period, there have been no communication or tracking details shared by them.
The order was canceled and returned and there was no intimation by TJORI.
Moving on, I wrote an email expressing my frustration and there was no acknowledgment for the delay.
They reshipped it from their end and then expressed the estimated date is 7th June. Even this time, regardless of expressing and communicating my disappointment and urgency, the order was canceled and returned and I was not informed by them either by an email or a message, a call is a luxury here.

The refunded me by Tjori Coins, and this is highly disrespectful and I wish to never shop from them again. so the coins make no sense.

Extremely poor experience and the staff is incompliant and sheer ignorant towards customers' disappointment.
