I placed an order for a necklace on 20th Feb. They didn't deliver the item even after 40 days. I have mailed them several times for refund, but no one bothered to provide any kind of resolution. I have received mostly automated replies stating it will be resolved. This is not the first time this has happened. Was this information helpful? |
